How do I determine my size in BEAMS products?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Since many of our items feature a contemporary Japanese fit, we generally recommend sizing up if you prefer a more relaxed silhouette.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, BEAMS AMERICA is the official distributor. All products are 100% authentic, curated directly from our design houses in Japan and international partners.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation within 60 minutes of purchase; after this window, the order cannot be modified.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, BEAMS AMERICA ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
How should I care for my premium garments?
Care instructions vary by fabric. Most of our high-end cotton and wool pieces require cold hand-washing or professional dry cleaning. Please refer to the internal care label.
When will out-of-stock items be replenished?
Many of our seasonal drops are limited edition. However, core collection items are restocked monthly. You can sign up for 'Back in Stock' notifications on the product page.
